Great Client is seeking Lotus Notes Systems Administrator to perform daily Lotus Notes administration tasks, and troubleshoot general Lotus Notes client issues as part of a level 2 support team.
Duties include:
Provide administration and troubleshooting for Domino Infrastructure and Application issues
Perform Lotus Notes account management, group management, access control and quota management
Manages trouble tickets, diagnoses problems, and recommends solutions
Troubleshooting Sametime and Blackberry issues
Skills needed:
Experience with back-end Lotus Domino technology
Experience responding to customers and troubleshooting issues with Lotus Notes, and responding to Lotus Notes incident calls.
The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and good use of time management
Strong knowledge of BlackBerry smart phone troubleshooting and support.
Highly desirable is a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems management, and have at least 2 to 5 years proven experience in Lotus Domino/Notes and BES administration.
