Pomeroy IT Solutions is in need of a Lotus Notes / IT Support Specialist position for our client in Springfield, Tennessee area. Our client / customer requires a background in Lotus Notes that can support their infrastructure while an employee is on Medical leave. The “Best” Lotus Notes Support Specialist / IT Deskside Support Analyst would be someone who knows is familiar in all areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lotus Notes experience to complete ongoing Lotus Notes projects
Experience with Added / Deleting Users on the Lotus Server
Blackberry experience would be a BIG Plus (+++)
Excellent Customer Service Skills (speaks clearly)
MS Exchange and Lotus Notes experience, a MUST
Show initiative and enthusiasm to be part of the team
Presents themselves neatly / professionally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Superior interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, with customers, peers and management
Education:
Minimum of an Associate degree from an accredited College or University in Computer Science, Mathematics and/or related field with two to four (2 - 4) years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualified candidates that either hold a Green Card and/or are a US Citizen should apply and will be considered for an interview immediately with Pre-Employment Screening along with a Drug and Background Testing will be required.
