Loyalty and Partnership Marketing Manager
    The McIntyre Group is looking for a Loyalty and Partnership Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the partnerships and generating revenue through partnerships and effective marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will support the development of the client's loyalty program through managing program enhancement projects.
  • Identify strategic partners that fit the brand and are aligned with commercial strategy
  • Negotiate terms of partnerships and formulate contracts
  • Develop partner marketing strategies to drive member awareness and utilization of partners
  • Manage all aspects of the partnership/relationship management including marketing, forecasting, performance, technical integration, customer service
  • Manage co-op marketing budgets
  • Manage loyalty marketing projects to enhance program proposition work cross functionality with business partners and other internal teams
  • Loyalty Marketing Expertise
  • Ability to cultivate a broad understanding of an entire program including marketing, operations, metrics, financials/liability, customer service and training
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience (agency or client side) with Loyalty marketing experience preferred
  • Experience managing people a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality, airline or travel industry trends a must
  • B2B relationship management experience
