Parallel HR is a growing progressive technology staffing firm that already has a national reach and has recently expanded to New York City and Austin, Texas with plans to leverage our regional locations to create more synergy and opportunity. We are looking for an aggressive self starter with strong technical recruiting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment which includes developing search strategies, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing candidates, and closing on candidates. Our ideal candidate will have creative sourcing strategies and be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, cold calling, job postings, job boards, boolean searches and resume mining). This is a growth position with the opportunity to grow and mentor/manage others on your team.
