Lyft is looking for a full-time in-house recruiter (non-technical) who embodies our culture and will help us rapidly grow a world class team. The recruiter will be critical to helping Lyft scale our operations across the U.S. and internationally. The recruiter will be focused on G+A and/or operations positions at Lyft.
Develop a recruiting strategy that enables Lyft to rapidly hire high-quality candidates
Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
Work internally with Lyft hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
Own full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews and closing offers
Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
Build out recruiting infrastructure, including designing smart interview processes, managing Jobvite, and developing reporting tools
Minimum of 3 years (in-house) recruiting experience
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
Has built and maintains a broad network of professional relationships
Prior start-up experience
Experience managing job requisitions of all levels of the organization (entry level to executive level) across different functions
Avid Lyft user
Prior experience implementing and using Jobvite
