Our client a Consumer Retail Fortune 500 company is looking for Mac OS engineers [ 3 positions open], with skills as below

MAC OS Support Engineer
: Proficiency on the OSX (10.6.x and higher) and iOS (6.x and higher) platforms
: Expertise on various hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini, iPad (2nd generation upwards)
: Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and OSX devices in a multi-location / geography environment
: Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents - using vendor and third-party tools and technical support where required
: Strong working knowledge of industry-standard processes for ticket management and service delivery
: Top-notch communication skills, including documentation skills
: Research-oriented approach to fixing problems

In addition to those general role responsibilities, this is some specific experience I am looking for:

: 6+ years on the OSX platform
: 3+ years on the iOS platform
: 4+ years in a support engineering role
: Demonstrated experience with JAMF Software, Casper Suite for managing Mac OS X and iOS clients is highly desired
: Experience in a retail store environment is a plus
: Experience in digital signage and large-format displays / touchscreen devices is a plus
