Description
Performs basic and routine plumbing, electrical and carpentry work; mechanical repairs and installations; and preventive maintenance. Regularly checks and replaces light bulbs, lighting fixtures and exit signs; maintains facility grounds and vehicle maintenance. May drive vehicle to pick up parts and supplies or deliver equipment for repair.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related training or work experience. Must have a valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
