THE HOURLY RATE FOR THIS POSITION IS $19.91-23.23.
The primary purpose of this position is:
To perform plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and electrical worker duties in installation, modification, and repair of building utility systems, heating/air conditioning, and electrical systems and other projects as required.
Following specific information, locates and makes repairs and conducts preventive
maintenance to plumbing systems.
Following specific information, the employee repairs and maintains a variety of domestic and commercial air conditioning units.
Following specific information, the employee maintains and repairs installed non-complex heating and hot water systems.
Following specific information, the employee maintains and repairs installed electrical
systems such as lighting fixtures and wiring, power fixtures and wiring and power sources.
Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
