MAJOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE II
to join our Background Data Solutions Wholesale Data
This Major Account Executive II will work out of our Greenwood Village, Colorado office, prospecting and selling our solutions in the multi-family housing market to large to medium sized accounts – both new and existing customers. Will be accountable for achieving annual revenue goals by retaining, servicing, and generating incremental growth from customers/prospects. Plans, coordinates and executes projects to meet client expectations, continually fostering and sustaining strong client relationships, as well as building strong internal partnerships with appropriate teams.
Coordinate and document client needs assessment process in order to prioritize and manage customer opportunities and USIS sales initiatives. Support VP/Sales Manager in the analysis and development of client recommendations.
Lead external client planning process with individual clients to guarantee client acknowledgement of key business issues and recommended TU Tenant Screening solutions and resources to address issues and opportunities.
Effectively plan, manage and sell the totality of accounts with little guidance
Maximize account penetration by increasing depth and breadth of TU solutions across customer’s organization. Establish rapport with internal subject matter experts and proactively involve them after appropriately qualifying the opportunity and sharing high-level product overview information with the customer.
Build and leverage relationships with other departments, including accounting, operations, marketing, and other sales groups to meet the needs of the customer
Remain involved in all business unit projects and ensure all activities affecting the customer are being facilitated properly and responsively
Collaborate jointly with the VP to orchestrate the appropriate involvement of subject matter experts on complex solutions such as wholesale criminal and evictions data along with analytic and decision systems. Lead collaboration within internal teams to ensure delivered solutions meet or exceed customer expectations
Establish strong client relationships over time that allow for continuous and ongoing TU representation reinforced by sales/delivery programs. Know prices, rate structures, billing procedures, company policies and long-term strategic objectives and how they relate to customers
Is aware of the legislative environment in which the customer is operating and has a working knowledge of all compliance related issues and procedures
Apply advanced knowledge of credit and criminal reporting, customer industries, and legal and compliance requirements to enhance the sale of new product solutions

This position requires a bachelor degree with business focus, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer relationship management and sales experience in wholesale data, financial services or credit industry. Experience selling in the multi-family housing or employment screening industry is highly desirable.
Must be proficient with Microsoft applications and other software applications, with the ability to understand technical products and solutions. Must be Internet savvy and be able to address a variety of technical/access problems to assist customers. Must be highly proficient in MS Office products, list generation sources, Salesforce.com, and database management.
To be successful in this role, one must also have strong consulting, communication and presentation skills, along with a high level of creativity and innovation.
Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of time.
