Position Overview:
You will lead, support and implement service strategies and programs which drive double digit growth in annual services revenue in the Americas region, by collaborating with sales channel partners, product category managers, service and new product engineering and service delivery.

You will report to the Senior Manager Services Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing the Services portfolio and products to which services are attached, your understanding of cost elements, delivery processes, revenue recognition, and contractual obligations will enable your effective development
and management of Services offerings.

You will create promotional offerings and marketing campaigns to increase attach rate of service products to low end vital sign medical devices and engage with cross-functional teams to develop requirements for new service product offerings
to be handed off to Service Engineering for development and Service Delivery for deployment. You will also deliver impactful digital and material collateral materials, and train hospital and ambulatory sales channels to help achieve sales

Two significant near term objectives will be to optimize specific existing service offerings for deployment in hospital / acute care settings, and also to develop new Service offerings supporting new product development / connectivity initiatives for
Low End Vital Instruments (LEVI).

As the category manager for US/C Service Products sold into Ambulatory and Acute Care settings, you will be expert in providing channel sales support and training, promotional program execution, print and digital collateral development and maintenance, and service support for new product developments.

Required Background:
BA / BS and / or Services Program and Project management experience is strongly desired. Services marketing and sales experience and / or a technical
background desired. Experience in helping a product company successfully transition to a product and solutions company is a real plus.

Services Marketing experience in a medical or IT device company where you provided service marketing expertise while contributing to the development of
traditional, professional, software or services is required for success.

Travel is up to 25%. [LIJB01]
