Job Description:
Executes the tactical plans to generate qualified referrals to meet targeted member and enrollment volume goals. The Marketing and Enrollment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of marketing and communication plans for the PACE program.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, position located in Fairfax, VA.
Job & Education Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience working in a customer facing role focused on sales, lead generation in a high paced customer service or sales environment.
Experience with a retirement community or assisted living facility strongly preferred.
BA or BS in Marketing or related field.
Strong communications in writing, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills. A working knowledge of web strategy and print/video/electronic communications.
