Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position is responsible for leading the team of marketers in planning and executing marketing initiatives designed to increase community awareness and advocacy for eligible Managed Long Term Care Plan (MLTCP) candidates.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 5 years in sales, health care or related field; managed care experience a plus. Access to a motor vehicle. Licensed Driver. Telephone, fax machine, computer skills and knowledge of PC based applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and GroupWise. Capacity to utilize software systems for inputting and tracking referrals. Possess critical thinking, problem solving and organizational / relationship-building skills, along with managerial skills and ability to teach and guide others towards success. Can effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks / initiate and execute assigned tasks. Effectively communicate via oral and written modes- including ability to deliver in-person presentations to adult audiences with consumer-focused orientation. Conducts self in an ethical manner at all times.
