Medical Biller / Collection - full time job #13-011
Claims transmissions, generate insurance claims and patient statements. Post payments and follow-up on accounts as well as answer all inquiries regarding accounts. Familiarity with facility billing a plus.
AAS degree preferred with 2-4 years medical billing required. Orthopaedic billing preferred.
Provide professional medical support services

Patient Service Representative – full time position (32 hours) inour. Duties include reception, registration, and insurance verification for patients and copay collection. Hours Monday and Thursday 7:30 am – 9:00 pm and Friday 1:00 – 7:00

Medical Office Assistant Certificate with 1-2 years reception / registration preferred, or high school with 2-4 experience with registration in a medical facility.

Clinical Research Coordinator – full time position. Duties include oversight of clinical research for Orthopaedic Surgeons and the development and training of organizational performance measures. Complete grand applications, draft manuscripts, presentations and abstracts, interface with regulatory bodies and assist in research projects. Develop tools and communication mechanisms to share data information.
BS degree in a life science, Masters degree preferred. Experience in data management and collection required. Experience in clinical safety precautions. Strong interest in clinical research and CRC certification preferred.

Physician Assistant - full time position. Provide professional medical support services under the direction of Orthopaedic Surgeon to patient care for general orthopaedics and hand surgery.. Duties include diagnosing medical and surgical problems and prescribing when necessary.
Required – Graduate of AMA accredited PA program with 1 -3 years experience preferred
