HCS is seeking a detail-oriented person for this full-time, benefitted position in the Keene office.
The Medical Records Assistant is responsible for clerical duties in support of the day-to-day business activities related tot he patient record. Includes Maintaining patient record, entry of data into database, preparing admission and discharge records and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with agency policy.
Requires a minimum of 1 year experience working with medical records .
Must have at least one (1) year experience working with medical records
