High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to speak and read english in order to understand and perform job assignments.
Extensive physical demands including, but not limited, lifting bending, pushing, and pulling.
Exposure to extreme teperatures(hot or cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.
In search of dedicated food service professional to lead our team in School Lunch production at Middle Country Schools.
Service hot & cold production with compliance to portioning, plate presentation quality. Coordinate cooking, prepping, etc. Of all items according to menu.
Follow all recipe procedure, cooking techniques.
Coordinate ordering-receiving of all food, beverage & paper items that are neede for daily meal service.
Handle-receive all daily cash sales; reconcile pos system; fill out necessary paperwork for corporate office.
Implement and Perform cleaning schedule to include cleaning of equipment & work areas, dishwashing & pot washing.
