The Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MRL) Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that these inter-related processes run efficiently and effectively. The incumbent must understand the decision points in getting material approved through the Medical, Legal and Regulatory departments. These decisions then must be implemented leading to Company approved documents. This includes managing the pre-APRIMO and APRIMO submissions for the Marketing department, capturing changes at all pre-APRIMO review meetings, and observing Marketing material as it makes its' way through the APRIMO process. Incumbent must ensure that deadlines are met and challenges are resolved. The MRL Facilitator will also perform this APRIMO function for all non-Marketing colleagues who are working with Creative Services, and, as time permits, non-Marketing colleagues who request help.
Bachelors' Degree or equivalent level of work experience required.
Required Experience & Technical Requirements
Managing several projects at one time and juggling multiple priorities is a critical attribute; attention to detail and project management follow-through is also essential. The ability to keep up with a fast-paced department and the wherewithal to thrive in a constantly changing environment is a plus.
Expert knowledge of the operating principles of a medical-legal-regulatory review process
Knowledge of the principles of Pharma promotional language and design
Broad knowledge of medical vocabulary and style
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
