Help Desk Technical Skills - You must have strong technical skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems of a technical nature using remote control tools. Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory, VPN and troubleshooting network connectivity is a big plus.
Customer Service Skills - You must be customer-focused and committed to providing every customer with a WOW! experience every time. You must be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional service to customers over the phone and via email.
Service Quality - You must have experience following company processes and procedures working within defined policies. All customer interactions must also be thoroughly documented in our ticketing system. Ideal candidates will know why this is important and be able to explain the importance.
All candidates must have:
College degree, technical school, or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent oral, organizational and written communication skills
1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
Basic knowledge of PC’s, operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware concepts
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and with others to achieve team goals
CompTIA A+ certification
The ideal candidate will have:
1-3 years Call Center experience
1-3 years Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
