Success in a competitive marketplace requires the ability to maximize the patient experience and financials leveraging technology (within centers), data, and information to center leadership to manage the patient to quality outcomes and best practices. The MSO Development Leader contributes to Humana's success by providing strategic, operational, and technical integration leadership for acquired and joint venture Managed Services Organization (MSO) entities working with key strategic leaders.

Primary care electronic medical record (EMR) platform migration strategy and integration. Developing best in class technology platform and reporting capabilities that enable population health management and support physician decision making resulting in efficient, affordable quality care.

Best practice identification and replication across MSO entities. Identify and address pain points identified from net promoter results and other key touch points in the patient experience. Implement a system for ongoing learning and diffusion of best practices across owned and joint venture entities.

Strategic leadership and oversight of various initiatives within one of the MSO regions to include activities focused on financial oversight, providing actionable data to centers and MSO entities within the region, and coordination and integration of cross-functional Humana corporate resource support.

Leadership in building out internal MSO capabilities.

Qualifications

Role Essentials

A minimum of one year experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives for the market or at the corporate level

A minimum of one year experience with Managed Service Organization relationships or functions

Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in your geographical region, gained through professional responsibility in Network, Sales, or Senior Products

Established relationships with multiple groups around Humana

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Superb relationship-building skills

Role Desirables

Bachelor's degree preferred

Two years' experience leading technical based initiatives

Knowledge of Humana’s internal policies, procedures and systems
