Meridian Technology Group is looking for a MAC OS Support Engineer .

General Qualifications
Proficiency on the OSX (10.6.x and higher) and iOS (6.x and higher) platforms
Expertise on various hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini, iPad (2nd generation upwards)
Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and OSX devices in a multi-location / geography environment
Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents using vendor and third-party tools and technical support where required
Strong working knowledge of industry-standard processes for ticket management and service delivery
Top-notch communication skills, including documentation skills
Research-oriented approach to fixing problems In addition to those general qualifications, specific experience we are looking for:
6+ years on the OSX platform
3+ years on the iOS platform
4+ years in a support engineering role
Demonstrated experience with JAMF Software, Casper Suite for managing Mac OS X and iOS clients is highly desired
Experience in a retail store environment is a plus
Experience in digital signage and large-format displays / touchscreen devices is a plus
