Operates machine or machines to finish the product that include but are not limited to, Punching, Cutting and forming of material.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Operates multiple machines(including the Plasma Burn Table)
Possesses basic computer skills
Reads and interprets customer blue prints
Ability to lean how to draw components for cutting in Shape and CAD
Uses tape measure (metric and English), Calipers and micrometers to check completed work
Operates a crane to load plate onto burn table then adjust computer for parameters
Works in a fast pace environment while maintaining quality and a safe work place
Willingness to work over time as needed
Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/ skill
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Performs other duties as assigned
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic personal computer skills.

This position requires manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
