About Auto Finance & Student Loans:
The Auto Finance & Student Loans business offers auto loans indirectly through more than 15,000 auto dealerships and directly to consumers through the branch, phone and internet, and school-certified private student loans to Chase customers.
The Card Services Support Clerk I, is responsible for a variety of financial card processes including but not limited to, card carrier printing, card encoding/embossing, match-merge, and insertion. The Support Clerk is responsible to ensure that all processes are completed within specific guidelines as mandated by Visa and MasterCard and Card Services Clients. The card issuance process requires and the Support Clerk is responsible to maintain all quality and productivity standards as published by the department. All finished products must meet all of the correct production attributes. These attributes include, but are not limited to correct card carrier number, correct card form number, correct insert numbers(s), etc. Employees are evaluated on an individual and on a team (cell) basis. Accordingly, working well with others is a required attribute of a Support Clerk I.
High school diploma preferred or five years of production environment work history.
Able to meet the physical rigors required by working in a production/manufacturing environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills preferred
Ability to stand at a machine for up to 8 hours
PC literacy is required
Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
Work hours will either be 6:00am-4:00pm or 12:00pm-10:00pm. Schedule is 4 10 hour days including a Saturday.
