Shift - Day 12 hour shift (5:30 am - 5:30 pm)
Evening 12 hour shift (5:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
A self directed team member that works with guidance and support from other team members. A machine operator will operate various high speed packaging and converting machines. A team member is responsible for the "whole" work process that delivers a product or service to its internal or external customers. Works with others to develop and implement improved methods and procedures focused on continuous process improvement, and provides support in the implementation of World Class Manufacturing tools and techniques.

Minimum Criteria:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
Must have two years of employment history without any gaps
Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Computer experience is required
Solid math skills
Excellent team work skills
Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 lbs.
This work requires repetitive arm/hand movement
Previous Manufacturing experience a plus
