This position is responsible for delivering and picking up mail and packages throughout the USF St. Petersburg campus community. Drives courier service to USF Tampa campus to deliver and pick up mail and packages. Assists in scanning and processing University property. Requires the ability to lift/move boxes and items up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of mailroom and/or shipping & receiving experience. Requires a valid Florida Driver's license and a criminal background check. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Two or more years of mailroom and/or shipping and receiving experience.Courier service or postal delivery experience.One or more years of office experience to include copying, filing and computer proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel. Forklift operation experience.

Special Skills/Licenses/Training/Certifications Necessary:
Valid Florida Driver's license.

Shift hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (May require occasional non-shift days/hours and holidays).
