The Mail Room Clerk is primarily responsible to collect, sort, and distribute corporate mail.


  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Publish reports on mail room activities as requested by management.
  • Collect and process all outgoing mail and packages.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and packages.
  • Order mail room supplies to support the business needs of the corporate organization.
  • Reconcile courier summary bills to departments, pricing, and actual shipments.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
