VHDA is seeking an individual to be responsible for the coordination of all activities related to mail room operations and delivery. Individual will work in a collaborative team environment across multiple lines of business. Must have a proven track record of mail room operations to include providing direction and guidance to peers, experience in the use of office automation tools, understanding of postal service regulations and the ability to handle issues in a calm and professional manner. Additionally, will be required to handle conference room set ups, stock all paper inventory for two buildings and lift up to 80 pounds as required. A minimum of five years mail operations experience and managing relationships with external vendors is required.

Background and credit checks will be performed as a condition of employment.
