The Mailroom Clerk will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. This position will be responsible for all duties of the mailroom, front desk in the front lobby, and of our corporate office.

Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for mailroom duties including:
Putting together mail and taking it to the Post Office
Adding paper supplies to all copiers in office
Prepare letters and documents
Receive and sort mail/package deliveries
Schedule conference rooms
Schedule and distribute company vehicles as needed
Cover for the Front Desk Receptionist during breaks, lunch, and absences:
By answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers (selected)
Greet persons entering organization
Direct persons to correct destination
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
General administrative and clerical support

Other duties including:
Set-up access to building FOBS for company employees
Serve as liaison with building management via building engines – report malfunctioning items
Assist company departments as needed
Assist HR & Talent Acquisition with special project as assigned


Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have previous experience in similar position
Computer – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Telephone – Switchboard experience
Organization – must be detail oriented
Creativity – plays a role in creating forms for the HR Department
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
