Member Duties : The VISTA members role will be to become immersed in the service-learning culture of the school system and to support teachers as they work with service-learning methods to provide quality service-learning experiences for students. This will include serving on the Service- Learning Leadership Team (SLLT), facilitating subcommittee work, designing and facilitating teacher support groups around service-learning topics, and planning and helping to facilitate a local student service-learning showcase event.
