The Season's at Maplewood is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant. Ecumen has been named "Best Place to Work" for the last several years by the Minneapolis-St Paul Business Journal. Our missiong is to create home for older adults wherever they choose to live. The Maintenance Assistant position performs a variety of maintenance duties in the building and on the grounds so that a clean and safe environment is maintained for residents, staff, and visitors. This person maintains and services appliances and equipment used in the facility as necessary. This position reports directly to the Director of Environmental Services on a daily basis.
Skills & Requirements
The right candidates will have a high school diploma/GED and related and/or training in maintenance along with a valid driver's license. They will have good oral and written communication skills, be a self-starter, and have a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This position will work well both individually and as part of a team, and be dependable and demonstrate good judgement in decision making.
