Performs a variety of housekeeping duties of routine nature at a shopping center, office building or multi-unit residential property. This includes general cleaning duties to help the property meet regulated standards.
Essential Job Functions
1. Performs duties to maintain the cleanliness of the interior and/or exterior of a property. This may include cleaning halls, lobbies, restrooms, stairways, and food court area. Duties may also include washing linens, rubbish removal, and sanitizing food court trays.
2. Notifies management of areas of the property that need repairs or attention that is our of scope.
Works under the direction of the Maintenance Operations Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Responds to inquires from tenants and residents and directs to other people as necessary.
Has no direct financial responsibility.
Requires a high school diploma, GED (General Educational Development), or equivalent work experience.
In addition to the education outlined above, zero to one year prior experience working on a commercial or multi-unit residential property.
Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Requires close attention to detail. May be required to work flexible schedule including over-time, nights, weekends, and on-call.
Travel for this position is less than 10%; rarely
