This position will be responsible for managing the maintenance of retail store locations, fuel pumping systems, technical work force, vendors, fleet vehicles, operational CAPEX, warehouse and inventory, and special projects. Responsible for retail maintenance budget, maintenance overhead budget, specific outside services budgets, fleet pricing and specific CAPEX budgets.
•Manage and direct daily schedule of the technical work force.
•Responsible for keeping the technical work force training up to date.
•Responsible for setting up new vendors, enforcing all contracts, and monitoring all expenses.
•Manage the company fleet of vehicles, responsible for purchasing/leasing new vehicles, fleet maintenance, titles and licenses, and selling retired vehicles.
•Communicate daily with maintenance director.
•Create, maintain, and monitor inventory control over maintenance warehouses.
•Responsible for ensuring that the retail maintenance budget, maintenance overhead budget, specific outside service budgets and the operational CAPEX budget are controlled.
•Supervise and direct the daily schedule of company maintenance techs.
•Special projects as assigned.

Requirements- Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities
•BS Degree, Required
•Proficiency in project management; financial, presentation, & communication software incl (or sim to) MS Project, Word, Excel, PP; & Outlook; Receiving timely CapEx information & reports
•Multi Unit management or area supervisor
•Inventory control experience
•Technical management experience
•General knowledge of construction trades, building codes, and permitting
•Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
•Candidate must be well organized with ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high energy environment
