Position Responsibilities (key duties, scope of position, goals, expectations, skill requirements, and travel requirements) · Provide leadership in administering and adhering to Holcim´s safety, health and environmental policies
· Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the maintenance organization in a manner consistent with company values, and ensure alignment with plant and company goals
· Effectively use Holcim systems to optimize overall equipment effectiveness at the lowest sustainable cost of maintenance (including SAP and MAC)
· Develop, sustain and monitor a comprehensive (CBM) Condition-Based Maintenance department
· Develop, plan, execute and review maintenance department annual budget in line with the plant goals
· Ensure maintenance planning processes and effective condition based predictive and preventive maintenance are executed
· Support and facilitate continuous learning and improvement in order to set a high standard of maintenance
· Ensure equipment availability target is achieved to meet plant production objectives
· Effectively develop employees within department
· Develop and prepare feasibility studies/reports for improvements in equipment and plant facilities
· Responsible for organizing training for maintenance and monitoring success of programs
· Provide technical input for the purchase of machinery, refractory, maintenance and other equipment
· Some travel required
Educational Criteria · Bachelor’s degree with discipline in Engineering preferred

Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred · Minimum 10 years of combined management level and cement industry experience in a supervisory/managerial role
· Strong technical skills
· Proven, effective negotiating, analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to guide and direct others
· Knowledge of maintenance planning and systems implementation
· Solid knowledge of computerized maintenance systems, AutoCAD and SAP, as well as Condition Based Maintenance techniques
· Knowledge of all MS Office software and MS Project software.
Must Have Skills · Minimum 10 years of combined management level and cement industry experience in a supervisory/managerial role
