rovide leadership and technical expertise in the direction of the plant maintenance function to optimize line and plant performances. Key responsibilities include the following: drive employee engagement through effective coaching and development of the maintenance team, both salaried and hourly; develop and enhance preventive maintenance program and introduce predictive maintenance methodologies; advance the maintenance function toward a reliability centered maintenance approach; develop and implement the strategic vision and direction to improve manufacturing reliability and minimize unplanned maintenance; identify and resolve recurring downtime or inefficient operational issues; develop the metrics and reporting systems necessary to track effectiveness and progress; evaluate cost saving opportunities and improvements for equipment to increase longevity and reliability; lead the continual improvement and integration of the CMMS (Maximo); support and own safety partnership systems related to LOTO, hot works, confined space, machine guarding, etc.; manage maintenance budget; develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.

The requirements for consideration are: Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering, or other technical discipline; minimum 4-7 years experience in a fast paced and progressive manufacturing environment with Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical experience being a plus; thorough knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems; strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude; experience in RCM - reliability centered maintenance-including root cause failure analysis, condition based maintenance, failure modes and effects analysis; experience in the implementation and/or management of a CMMS program (computerized maintenance management system); excellent understanding of manufacturing operations from processing through distribution; good communications skills, written and verbal, with strong ability to influence and provide leadership; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
