Snapware, a brand of World Kitchen, is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Mira Loma manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing of all Injection Molding Machines, auxiliary equipment, and faciltiies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure all production equipment is in proper working order, arrange for preventive maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
Performs maintenance and repairs, proficiently operates all maintenance equipment (mill, bandsaw, drills). Trains subordinates in the same and documents all training.
Ensures all activity/operations are performed according to company safety rules/regulations.
Identifies areas for improvement and implements solutions.
Communicates proficiently with all levels of internal employees, and with outside vendors as required.
Must be proficient in reading schematics, drawings, and blue prints.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of closely related experience in plastic injection molding and blow molding.
HIgh School Diploma/GED
