Summary:
Assist the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler including modifying, updating, tracking, and closing PM’s; developing spreadsheets, tracking and expediting of ordered parts, receiving of parts, stocking received parts, etc. Issue reports and distribute to appropriate manager/supervisor.

Work order creating, distribution, and closing along with reporting and tracking corrective actions.

Assist Planner/Scheduler with control and tracking of available man hours

Work with Planner/Scheduler and Inventory Control Specialist in ordering and retrieving parts for parts kitting to support work orders, special projects, and PM’s.

SAP data entry support for Planner/Scheduler and Inventory Control Specialist.

Completing word processing projects for Planner/Scheduler and maintenance department personnel.

Assist Planner/Scheduler with maintaining accurate job history.

Establishes or adjusts work procedures to support maintenance schedules.

Act as backup for Maintenance Associate and Inventory Control Specialist to provide minimal vacation coverage

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum two years of extensive SAP experience required. Microsoft Excel experience required. Experience within a Maintenance Department or with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems highly desirable.
