This position is responsible for ensuring that enterprise properties are maintained in a clean and safe manner for patrons and employees by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff.

Skills / Requirements
Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- High School Diploma or GED, with Associate's Degree preferred, and three years supervisory or management experience required, preferably in casino or large building maintenance.
- Minimum of three years of knowledge and experience in a technical skill area.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a valid AZ drivers license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and pass a full background check to be certified/license prior to employment.
Must be able to work in a smoking environment and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
