Job Description
Responsible for traveling from site to site, servicing and repairing requested service needs.

• Inspect, maintain and repair building related equipment
• Change light bulbs and ballast of various voltages
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and repair as needed
• Operate, Maintain and repair tools and other various equipment
• Clean work areas with brooms and or shovels as needed
• Perform additional functions incidental to maintenance activities
• Be on call for Emergency situations at scheduled times (overtime provided)
• Maintain adequate inventory and conditions of tools, spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs and situations
• Complete routine service requests within 24 hours
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical repairs
• Perform additional assignments as required
• Possible scheduling and coordinating with vendors
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience in commercial and residential settings
• High School level education or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships
• Able to climb up to 25 feet
• Able to lift 75 lbs with no back restrictions
