Provides technical support in the manufacturing of Kool Burst, Capri Sun, and MiO liquid drinks. Works with coordinators and the team in meeting production goals within operating budgets.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance work to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Installs, maintains, and repairs all types of electrical equipment including starters, switches, control centers, motors, and transformers.
Reads and understands all types of sketches and CAD drawings including ladder diagrams and programming logic diagrams. Is able to make programming changes, load, and record programs using PLC terminals and recorders.
Knowledgeable of industrial electronic components and controls, electrical and electronic theory, and their application in a food processing operation. Works around live electrical High-voltage circuits, and Refrigerant gases at times.
Makes shop calculations to determine proper dimensions, fuse requirements, ampere flow, wire and heater sizes, and/or motor horsepower.
Fabricates, installs, and maintains conduit and wiring systems.
Operates and uses knowledgeably, power tools, hand tools, electrical, and instrument test equipment, etc., normally used to install, maintain, and troubleshoot plant equipment.
Repairs, maintains, and makes parts for plant equipment such as close tolerance pumps and gear boxes, using machinists tools and machine shop equipment. Uses hardening and tempering procedures as they relate to machine shop practices.
Reads and understands all types of mechanical, electrical and piping blueprints. Makes and interprets sketches. Fabricates and assembles intricate parts.
Makes necessary shop mathematical calculations for setting up jobs on machine shop equipment, layout work, bench work, or any other jobs peculiar to the trade. Performs a full range of work on all machine tools normally used in a well-equipped machine shop to tolerances limited only by the inherent accuracy of the machine being used.
Operates and/or uses all hand tools for the trade including but not limited to micrometers, calipers, and verniers, etc. Sets up and operates all types of machine shop equipment, including drills, lathes, milling machines, grinders, shapers, planers, cut-off saws, and boring mills. Sets up such jobs as simple gear cutting, thread cutting, taper turning, and broaching operations. Sharpens tool bits, drills, cutting tools, and other cutting edges as required.
Performs cleaning and lubrication techniques related to craft. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance inspection and repairs. Requisitions material from stores for job assignments and is responsible for proper charges on withdrawal slips. Selects and requisitions, where necessary, appropriate shop equipment, machinery, and tools to accomplish assignments.
Prepares reports and maintains records of work performed. Recognizes and reports any deficiencies, defective equipment, or unusual conditions. Informs coordinator and affected operators of the status of repairs.
Spends the majority of time, making sure lines are running, looking for potential issues, working on progress log items, training operators and other team members, and performing repairs.
Maintains good housekeeping and a clean and orderly work area.
Follows Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Dress Code policies.
Provides input toward team development and participates in Green Room process improvement meetings.
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
