The employee is to maintain the cleanliness of all parking garages and the functionality of garage lighting systems. The employee will maintain all parking meters on campus and be responsible for installing or removing any parking related signs. Additionally, the employee will write parking citations and assist the special events manager with his/her duties.
Demonstrated good customer service skills. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to read and write the English language. Demonstrated ability to interpret parking regulations. Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools. Demonstrated ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time. Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds several times a day.
High school graduate or equivalent.
