A Maintenance Technician is a hands-on professional who acts under the direction of the Service manager and performs installations, repairs, and replacements for a multi-million dollar apartment community. Under the director of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws.
Must diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, exterior and appliance.

Minimum of a high school diploma
2+ years of on-site property management/facility maintenance experience

Must have HVAC certification
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive
Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency
