Title of Position: Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of the property in accordance with company standards. This position is to assist the Superintendent and other staff to ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives. He or she will also provide maintenance such as HVAC, plumbing, etc. and repairs required for preparing units for occupancy.
- Picking up grounds daily
- Turning of vacant units
- Perform resident work orders, such as repair of appliances, doors, locks, windows, lights, faucets, toilets and floors in a prompt manner
- Performs special assignments as needed, or as requested by the Superintendent or Property Manager
CFC Certification Required and at least 2 years HVAC experience on units
Prefer at least 1-2 years apartment maintenance experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass background check
Anticipated Work Schedule:
Required Rotation On-Call for after hours emergencies
