Our clients national and local apartment owners and management companies have immediate needs for entry level and experienced APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS Varied duties dependent on each assignment may include: Temporary, Temporary to Hire and Direct Hire needs. Responsible for lawn and common area maintenance; maintaining foliage, shoveling snow and operating snowplow as necessary Pool maintenance Provide customer service to all residents in community Participate in maintenance projects and community upgrades At managements direction inspect and approve all move-ins and move-outs Turn units Minor electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting. Possible appliance repair and hvac maintenance Perform custodial work, such as sweeping, mopping, trash clean-up, window washing, painting, drywall etc.
Any maintenance experience or experience in related field or training considered. Personable, trustworthy, and courteous disposition Knowledge of work-safety issues, regulations, and programs; government and utility ordinances and requirements Training and experience in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, landscaping, and heating / cooling systems is preferred but not required.
