Complete all schedules as listed in maintenance manual and any additional items required for program and/or building certifications
Complete seasonal preventative maintenance projects such as power washing, furniture moving, landscaping and snow removal and assist other maintenance workers, as assigned
Complete all assigned work and projects using building trade skills in a timely manner
Complete all assigned paperwork in a professional and timely manner including report of completed work
Carry emergency pager/cell phone to respond to emergency and alarm calls
Maintenance Workers assigned to building sites will also be required to ensure that the building and grounds are maintained in a manner that ensures maximum safety and cleanliness including removal of all internal and external debris, set-up and breakdown for all meetings and trainings, maintaining staff lounge areas, cleaning of bathrooms and any and all areas that may be affected by behavioral issues.

Job Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalency.
A minimum of three (3) years field experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other related building trades, preferred.
The ability to work at various heights while using extension ladders to access roofs, lighting and other various items that require the use of ladders.
The ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
Clean, valid NYS driver’s license.
