Responsible for duties involving repairs and maintenance of structures, electrical systems, plumbing, washers and dryers, heating and ventilating and air conditioning systems in compliance with American Correctional Association (ACA) standards, Management & Training Corporation (MTC), Florida Department of Corrections (DC) and Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) directives.

External requirements
Technical training and two years related experience and high school diploma. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license in the State of Florida with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
