JOB SUMMARY
Must possess general maintenance skills to include, but not limited to boiler and steam generation systems, electrical generations, distribution and lighting systems, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, plumbing devices and circulating systems, basic carpentry and painting.
REQUIREMENT
High school graduate or equivalent
Graduation from a technical school or program specializing in maintenance, or proof of at least two years general maintenance experience in commercial/industrial environment
Must have a valid Michigan Driver’s License and be insurable on the MCM insurance policy
