Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.); also performs other tasks as assigned
Performs maintenance and emergency repairs as needed through facility
Installs equipment and machine.
Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Performs general maintenance and repairs to heating and cooling units such as replacing pumps, motors, and minor parts, as needed.
Maintains a safe and healthful work environment at all times.
Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Able to use common tools
Understand and follow directions as given
Capability to work with minimal supervision
At least two years general building maintenance experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid New York State Drivers License.
