DUTIES

  • Working with the territory Equipment Sales Rep to generate leads and grow the equipment business for the rep in the account.
  • Analyzing and evaluating potential customers' print requirements and costs
  • Preparing proposal for maintenance/service agreement that will lower customer's overall cost and improve their service.
  • Providing a high level of customer service by following through to completion on any issues uncovered in the customer's account.
  • Selling printer maintenance/service agreements to current and new customers.
  • Ensuring monthly quota is met for the assigned territory.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales activity metrics, including sales call, teleprospecting, and cold calling.
  • Updating all sales activity and contact information daily into database management program.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines, and use good judgment in managing conflicting demands and priorities.
  • Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-pace, competitive sales environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in database applications
