DB&A associates work closely with the client’s managers and supervisors to become more effective and, as a result, help them achieve both personal and organizational goals and objectives. In addition to side-by-side coaching, associates help the client identify root causes to operational issues, and help management develop tools and solutions to increase performance and profitability.
The position requires extensive travel throughout the United States and occasional international travel, on most weekly travel associates depart on Sunday night and return Friday afternoon for up to 50 weeks of the year.

The DB&A compensation package is:
- 1st year base salary $57,200, plus a $40 a day per diem
- expenses reimbursed bi-weekly for rental car & hotel

The position requirements:
− Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
− 3+years of management or supervisory experience to coach front-line operations
− Willingness and desire to travel extensively
− Laptop and cell phone
− Must provide documents to establish identity and work authorization for employment in the US
− Ability to rent a car (i.e. valid driver's license, major credit card, minimum 25 years of age)
− Expenses reimbursed bi-weekly for rental car & hotel
− Valid passport or ability to obtain one
