Job Description

PwCs PRTM Management Consulting (PRTM) enhances PwCs ability to address the strategy, growth, and innovation agendas of its clients. PRTMs ability to design and execute business and innovation strategies, supply chain operations, and customer value strategies complements PwCs existing strengths. PRTM brings additive strengths in operational strategy including manufacturing and supply chain, product development and innovation, and service and support.

Position/Program Requirements

Knowledge Preferred:
A clear demonstration of extensive operational knowledge in the utilities industry or other capital intensive and highly regulated services industries with expertise in transmission and distribution operations, supply chain, and customer management.

A completed Masters of Business Degree is preferred.

Skills Preferred:
A clear demonstration of the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.
Proven leader with extensive ability to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment and coach staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
Proven track record of delivering significant business results through assessing and driving transformational improvements across operational settings that utilizes strategic and creative thinking skills, individual initiative and the following abilities:
  • Identifying and addressing client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships; manage resource requirements, project workflow and budgets;
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management), particularly when addressing conflicting points of view;
  • Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.
