This position will help define the Global Alliances program, lead a team of Alliances Manger, and define/execute go-to-market strategies to enable an ecosystem of Alliances to deliver exceptional customer experiences and value with Interactive Intelligence platforms.
Build Alliance Program covering management, training, support, validation, sales, marketing and performance tracking.
Establish innovative Alliance Program covering:
o Building/establishing relationships with technology partners.
o Measuring success/value of the partnership.
o Define criteria for Tiered management structure.
o Build Alliance membership services and benefits (Training, support, validation, marketing)
o Build onboarding and quarterly alliance management program.
Build and manage a team of Alliance Managers to manage Premier ISVs, Hardware, and System Integrators.
Build business plan for expanding Alliance Program in other global geographies.
Engage with sales, marketing, and reseller channel leadership to develop go-to-market solutions required for business growth in specific verticals or complementary technology sectors.
Work in parallel with Strategic Alliance Team evaluating synergistic approaches bringing high touch management to a to a low touch ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience MBA preferred.
10 years of experience in related field

Travels up to 25% to customer and business meeting sites, including international locations
