The Manager will be responsible for the architecting of marketing analytic solutions, accurate estimation of effort and solution specifications, and consistent attainment of account profitability goals. Must deliver analytic driven marketing solutions with demonstrated understanding of client and industry challenges/opportunities, integration of analytics with database, business processes, and strategy. In addition, a demonstrated ability to develop the business case and demonstrate ROI, as well as deliver financial value to client executives. Working in a cross-functional team environment managing analytical team resources including statistical analysts, database marketing specialists, data processing and client analytical staff. Responsible for driving the growth of the Analytic Solutions department, and supporting sales efforts.
Directs development, enhancement and management of the Analytic Methodology and management of the Allant Analytics product line.
Manages analytic proposal development.
Provide work direction and lead analytical team resources through planning, development and deliverable work phases to completion.
Work with clients and Allant’s sales and account management groups to develop analytic driven ideas and architect client solutions.
Develop approach and lay out specifications to perform analysis.
Identify potential enhancements and/or process improvements for internal product and service offerings.
Oversee model development, e.g. acquisition, growth and retention modeling, and customer segmentation.
Review analytical project deliverables to ensure timeliness and quality.
Standards of P erformance
High proficiency in analytic methods and tools including regression models, time series, optimization, simulation, financial modeling, and experimental design
Critical thinking – capable of generating consistently accurate, useful reports as well as enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insight relevant to marketing program activities.
Strong quantitative and research skills and proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities in terms of reporting and dashboards.
Strong working relationships with management, staff, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
Accurate and timely compilation of reports and analysis.
Successfully operating within assigned budget parameters.
Some outside travel required.
Education and Experience
College Degree required; math-related emphasis.
Minimum 8 years of work-related experience with analytics
Manage/Mentor multiple analysts.
Client facing consulting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to C level executives.
5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
